Living under the shadow of your older brother has to be very hard, especially if the brother’s name is Stephen Curry. Coming from a basketball family, Seth Curry had a lot to prove and did his best but never managed to rise to the stardom of Steph. Just now, his professional career is on a steady increase as he is considered to be lethal from the three-point range. Being called earlier a “shooting guard in a point guard’s body”, he slowly starts to excel and be more appreciated for his sheer skill and talent.
Seth Curry – Early Life
Seth Curry was born on August 23, 1990, as a son of a former basketball player, Dell Curry, and former college volleyball player Sonya Curry. He grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and as his father played for the Charlotte Hornets of the National Basketball Association, he often visited team practices.
He was even allowed to shoot with the team during a warm-up, so professional basketball was everything that surrounded little Seth. He enrolled in Charlotte Christian School and was part of the school’s team, the Knights. He averaged 22.3 points per game, 5.0 rebounds per game, and 5.0 assists per game.
Where did Curry graduate college?

For his sophomore year, he transferred to the University of Duke and he had to sit out the 2009-10 season due to transfer rules. When the time was up, Curry joined the starting lineup after Kyrie Irving’s injury. On February 9, he scored a season-high 22 points for the Duke’s team.
